Corrections

If a price, rating or specification on this site is wrong or out of date, send us the product page and what you are seeing. Corrections take priority over everything else in the inbox.

Brands

We do not accept payment for placement, and we do not send review drafts for approval before publication. We are happy to receive product for testing, and we disclose it when we do.

A public contact address is being set up. Until it is live, please use the contact details of the retailer or brand for order-specific questions — we cannot access anyone's orders, shipping or refunds.

What we cannot help with

We are not a retailer. We cannot check order status, process returns, or issue refunds for any product mentioned on this site. Those requests go to whoever took your payment.
